Jobot is seeking a seasoned Staff Accountant to join our high-volume automotive finance team in Grand Prairie, TX. This on-site role focuses on AP, AR, year-end close, and commission calculations to support the dealership's financial operations and sales organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience in a related field.
• Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Experience supporting year-end close and commissions calculations.
• Advanced Excel skills and CDK software proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Lead the year-end close process and coordinate with external auditors.
• Create financial models and reports using advanced Excel.
• Use CDK to manage and track sales transactions.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly and resolve discrepancies.
• Calculate commissions for the sales team accurately and timely.
• Provide financial insights to support sales goals and maintain data confidentiality.
