ALTEN Technology USA seeks a Design Release Engineer for Smart Lighting Modules in Auburn Hills, MI. You will oversee end-to-end development, validation, and production release of smart lighting electronics, translating styling themes into manufacturable modules.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in automotive lighting or Mechatronics, with strong CAD/PLM skills (NX/CATIA/Teamcenter) and knowledge of FMVSS/ECE lighting regs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years automotive lighting or mechatronics experience.

Responsabilidades

• Design concepts and packaging for smart lighting modules.
• Coordinate with PDO/Studio, Body Engineering, PASD for integration of optical, mechanical, hardware, and thermal constraints.
• Manage CAD data, 3D models, and engineering drawings in NX/CATIA and Teamcenter.
• Develop and update design quality frameworks (DFMEA, DVP&R).
• Lead supplier engineering activities and support SOO development and quotes.
• Diagnose failures during pilot builds, launches, or field warranty analyses.
