Job summary

Napleton Italian Imports is seeking a Skilled Automotive Technician to perform maintenance and repairs per dealer and factory standards. The role focuses on building customer trust and ensuring vehicle safety and reliability within a fast-paced environment.

Located at Napleton Italian Imports, the technician will work with top wages and opportunities for training, certifications, and career advancement at a large family-owned dealership group.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Automotive technical training or experience as a lube tech or technician assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete vehicle inspection.
• Check and communicate oil level to teammates.
• Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation.
• Perform wheel alignments.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary.
• Install a new oil drain plug and oil filter.
• Lubricate fittings as needed.
• Replace or repair exhaust system.
• Remove and reinstall brake drums and/or brake shoes.
• Replace radiators.
• Perform recalls that do not require diagnostic equipment.
• Maintain a clean and presentable service center.

Job Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Automotive technical training or experience as a lube tech, or technician assistant
• Valid in-state driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
