Ed Napleton Automotive Group in Clermont, FL is seeking an Automotive Technician-Skilled to perform vehicle maintenance to dealer and factory standards, while building customer trust in Napleton’s commitment to safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Automotive technical training or experience as a lube tech or technician assistant.
• Valid in-state driver's license with clean record.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and be 18+.

Responsibilities

• Complete vehicle inspection.
• Check and communicate oil level to teammates.
• Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation.
• Perform wheel alignments.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary.
• Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter.
• Clean and lubricate fittings as needed.
• Clean and replace batteries.
• Replace or repair exhaust system.
• Remove and reinstall brake drums and/or brake shoes.
• Replace Radiators.
• Perform Manufacturer recalls that do not require diagnostic equipment.
• Ensure that the service center is clean and presentable.
