Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Technician- Skilled for Napleton Italian Imports. The role performs vehicle maintenance per dealer and factory standards while building customer trust in Napleton as a care provider for vehicle safety and reliability.

We offer top wages of $25.00-$30.00 per hour, paid training and manufacturer certifications, flexible shifts, and comprehensive benefits including insurance and 401k.

Qualifications

• Automotive technical training or experience as a lube tech, or technician assistant.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to undergo a background check as per local law/regulations.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Complete vehicle inspection.
• Check and communicate oil level to teammates.
• Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation.
• Perform wheel alignments.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary; install new oil drain plug and filter.
• Clean and lubricate fittings as needed.
• Clean and replace batteries.
• Replace or repair exhaust system.
• Remove and reinstall brake drums/shoes.
• Replace radiators.
• Perform recalls not requiring diagnostic equipment.
• Maintain a clean, presentable service center.
