Job summary

INTEGRO, a longstanding automotive company, seeks a Site Manager to lead daily operations at our dealership location in Georgia. You will ensure safe, efficient service delivery, manage budgets, and uphold company processes while reporting to the Zone Manager.

You will oversee all Associates on site, drive customer satisfaction, and foster a productive, professional team focused on meeting location objectives.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day operations and delegate work in a fair and balanced manner.
• Coordinate with dealership departments for inventory forecasts and scheduling.
• Ensure all work is recorded and delegated in the systems.
• Enforce company policies, processes and procedures.
• Drive productivity while maintaining quality expectations.
• Coach and develop Associates for growth.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized workspaces and teams.
• Resolve conflicts or complaints from customers or Associates.
• Ensure 100% customer satisfaction with a positive attitude.
