Job summary

Certified Benz & Beemer, a family-owned luxury pre-owned full-service dealership based in Arizona, seeks an Automotive Shop Production Manager to lead shop operations and ensure repairs are fixed right the first time. You will oversee dispatching, workflow, and technician supervision to drive efficiency and revenue.

Requirements include ASE and OEM certifications and a valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Qualifications

• ASE and OEM certifications are required.
• Proven leadership in a service/shop environment.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

To assist the Service Director, oversee all aspects of the shop operations and production (dispatching, workflow management, supervising technicians, troubleshooting complex diagnostic problems, ensure that repairs are performed correctly and efficiently by all service shop employees, etc.), while being a productive and revenue generating part of the team.

Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation will be determined by your level of expertise, certifications, personal and shop productivity.
