Job summary

Renaissance Motors LLC in Slidell, LA is seeking a full-time foundation role to keep the shop organized while supporting techs. This position includes cleaning, organizing parts, and assisting with quality control after repairs. WHAT THE JOB ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE

The Foundation Stuff:

Keep the shop clean and organized (techs can’t be productive in chaos)

Clean lobby and bathrooms (someone’s gotta do it)

Handle scrap metal and trash (exciting, we know)

Organize parts for technicians

The Skills-Building Stuff:

Quality control test drives after repairs (you’ll learn what “right” sounds like)

Help techs when they need an extra hand (this is where you learn)

Put parts in the right place at the right time (flow matters)

The Customer Experience Stuff

Answer phones and help check in vehicles as needed
