Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
5+ years of automotive mechanical diagnosis experience.
One year supervisory experience.
Reading and understanding technical instructions.
Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Forecast goals and objectives for the department and strive to meet them.
Diagnose and repair to specifications including brakes, electrical, suspension, A/C and more.
Explain diagnostics and repairs to customers and employees as needed.
Lead and supervise automotive shop staff to maintain productivity and quality.
Ensure safety compliance and proper paperwork flow.
