Automotive Service Technicians

Milford, CT

Acura of Milford, a member of the Lorensen Auto Group, is in search of Master Tech's & A & B level technicians to join our growing team. Qualified candidates will have the opportunity to work in a newly expanded and renovated facility with unlimited income potential. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Focus on Customer Satisfaction
• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Stay up to date on all available Factory Training.
• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
• Fix it right the first time.
• Communicate directly with the Service Manager regarding recommended repairs.
• Maintain skill levels.
• Must have a strong sense of urgency.
• Would prefer Honda or Acura experience but all will be considered.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong teamwork skills.
• Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check.
• Must have clean & valid driver's license.
• Have your own tools.
• Automotive background.
• Positive attitude.
