Hiller Ford is seeking a dependable Automotive Service Technician to perform routine maintenance, recall repairs, and vehicle inspections. This role offers a Monday-Friday schedule (7:30 AM - 5:00 PM) and opportunities for growth within a family-owned dealership.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Automotive repair experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

• Basic automotive diagnostic and maintenance knowledge.
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, and standing throughout the day.
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer care.

Responsibilities

• Organize and prepare for the day's appointments.
• Perform light maintenance services, including oil changes and scheduled maintenance.
• Complete Ford recall and warranty repairs.
• Perform multi-point vehicle inspections.
• Recommend services and repairs.
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Maintain accurate repair orders, inspections, and inventory records.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience during every service visit.
