Responsibilities

• General Service Technicians / Mechanics perform maintenance and repair services including oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, suspension alignments, and more.
• Perform state-mandated vehicle emission and safety inspections.
• Work with the team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively.
• Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Ensure preventive maintenance reports are complete and accurate.
• Comply with regulations affecting service operations (hazardous waste, OSHA).
• Assist in housekeeping functions as directed by Management.
• Communicate extent of damages or malfunctions to guests' vehicles.
• Follow high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
