Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience in retail, food service, hospitality, etc.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Previous automotive experience is not required but preferred
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating procedures
• Strong work ethic, dependable, and a team player

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during operating hours
• Provide excellent guest service with clear communication about guest vehicles
• Keep service center clean and presentable
• Mentor junior and mid-level automotive technicians
• Check and communicate oil level to teammates
• Ensure proper tire pressure and inflation
• Inspect and refill vehicle fluids
• Complete vehicle inspections and document work performed
• Report safety issues to management
• Perform duties while adhering to safety protocols and company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned
