Hogan & Sons Tire & Auto is seeking a General Service Technician to perform non-technical automotive services, tire and wheel work, and to assist with shop operations including driving customers and parts pickup. The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and customer service within a full-service auto shop.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work a minimum of five days per week including weekends.

Qualifications

• General automotive knowledge and mechanical understanding.
• Willingness to work five days per week, including weekends.
• Possesses a valid, clean driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Performs tire mounting/dismounting, wheel balancing and rotation.
• Performs oil changes and basic services as directed by the Shop Manager.
• Notices obvious repairs or safety concerns and documents them.
• Maintains shop cleanliness and showroom areas.
