Job summary

Big O Tires is seeking a General Service Technician to perform service and installation tasks on store products and equipment. You will greet customers, explain service benefits, and support a fast, friendly customer experience.

Responsibilities include tire installation, oil changes, fluid checks, and maintaining showroom and shop areas. Applicants must be able to work outdoors in varying weather and lift up to 75 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years old (with parental consent where required).
• Ability to learn new concepts and use technical materials.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Drain oil and change oil filter, rotate/ balance tires, and torque wheels.
• Unload tires and inventory from trucks and deliveries.
• Inspect disposed tires and store or dispose.
