Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Receive repair orders and perform work as outlined within standards.
  • Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs approved by the service advisor.
  • Communicate needs to Parts Department to obtain correct parts.
  • Document work performed and test drive to verify customer complaint resolved.
  • Attend training classes to stay current on factory bulletins.
