Stivers Kia of Owings Mills is seeking experienced Automotive Service Technicians to join our high-volume service department in Owings Mills, MD. We offer a sign-on bonus, aggressive pay plan, and strong earning potential with consistent workflow.

Responsibilities include diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of automotive systems, performing routine maintenance, and documenting work precisely. Kia experience is a plus, but we welcome skilled technicians from other brands.

Qualifications

• Professional automotive repair experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret repair manuals and wiring diagrams.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair mechanical and electrical systems.
• Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, brakes, fluid exchanges).
• Diagnose engine, transmission, suspension, steering, and electrical issues.
• Complete repairs accurately following manufacturer specs.
• Document findings, services performed, and parts used.
• Communicate with advisors about repair needs and estimates.
