Job summary

Karl Malone Group in Ruston, United States, is seeking a full-time Experienced Service Technician to work in a Certified shop, helping support customers through timely repair and delivery of their vehicle. You will perform duties per repair order, test components, and communicate with the Service Advisor about status and estimated additional work.

Maintain records and execute warranty repairs to specifications.

Qualifications

• Strong automotive background.
• Strong skills in teamwork and communication.
• Valid driver's license free from major infractions.
• Attention to detail and the ability to see tasks through.
• Prompt and courteous.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties per repair order with efficiency and accuracy, including repair of vehicle systems.
• Test vehicle components and systems using test drives, diagnostic tools, and equipment.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor about status and estimates for additional repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area and follow safety regulations.
