Gary Yeomans Ford Knoxville is seeking experienced service technicians to join our growing team. Pay will be based on Ford experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Entry level to master technicians welcomed.
• A-level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair.
• Ambitious, hardworking presence in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills and positive customer service attitude.
• Ability to learn new technology and repair procedures.
• Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies and procedures.
• Test-drive vehicles and test components using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and A/C.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor to inform customers about additional services needed.
• Provide an estimate of time for additional repairs.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
