Job summary

Napleton's Kissimmee CDJR is seeking an Automotive Service Technician to perform vehicle repairs and maintenance per dealer and factory standards. The role will build customer loyalty by diagnosing vehicles and communicating effectively to customers.

Qualifications

• Automotive Service Technician experience required.
• ASE certification desirable.
• Excellent customer service and strong communication skills.
• Valid Driver’s License and willingness to undergo a background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and maintenance per repair order to dealer and factory standards.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform required repairs.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical staff and customers.
• Keep up with factory bulletins and participate in training as appropriate.
• Maintain an organized work area and inform management of repair issues as they arise.
