Job summary

Mavis Tires & Brakes is hiring full-time General Service Technicians in the Weslaco, TX area. You will perform essential tire services, oil changes, and basic vehicle maintenance under the guidance of experienced technicians.

We provide paid training, competitive weekly pay with weekly incentives, and opportunities to grow within the nation's largest automotive service organization. Prior automotive experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Be reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on automotive environment.
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality service.
• Paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires.
• Performing flat tire repairs.
• Oil and filter changes.
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids.
• Basic vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Following established safety and service procedures.
• Helping ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles.
