Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and/or maintenance per repair order to dealership and factory standards.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer updates.
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs as authorized by the customer.
• Conduct multi-point inspections and recommend safety and reliability improvements.
• Document all work performed on the repair order.
• Maintain an inventory of normal technician tools not typically listed as 'special tools.'
• Keep current with factory bulletins and attend sponsored training.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
