Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in main shop technician role.
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic background.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; able to pass background/drug tests.
• ASE Certification and VW/Audi Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance to dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose vehicle concerns using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Repair engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, brakes, electrical systems, A/C, and more.
• Conduct multi-point inspections (MPI) and video inspections for guests.
• Prepare repair estimates and document repair recommendations.
• Complete warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain accurate repair documentation and safe, organized work areas.
• Support team goals and assist with additional duties as assigned by management.

What You'll Do

As an Automotive Service Technician, you’ll play a critical role in delivering exceptional repair and maintenance services while ensuring every guest receives a premium dealership experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing repairs and maintenance according to dealership and manufacturer standards


• Diagnosing vehicle concerns using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment


• Repairing engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, brakes, electrical systems, air conditioning systems, and more


• Conducting multi-point inspections (MPI) and creating video inspections for guests


• Preparing repair estimates and documenting repair recommendations


• Completing warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications


• Maintaining accurate repair documentation and records


• Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safety compliant


• Supporting team goals and assisting with additional duties as assigned by management

What We're Looking For

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of main shop technician experience required


• Strong automotive mechanical and diagnostic background


• Understanding of manufacturer repair processes and procedures


• Proven record of efficiency, proficiency, FRFT, and flagged hours


• VW/Audi and ASE Certifications required


• High School Diploma or GED required


• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record


• Ability to successfully complete background check, MVR, and pre-employment drug screening
