• Must have manufacturer training and can perform repairs with minimal supervision.
• Minimum of 6 ASE certifications (Master Technician preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Smog/emissions certification or licensing as applicable by state.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs per repair order with efficiency and accuracy per Lithia and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose malfunctions and road-test vehicles to ensure quality.
• Document work, time, and test procedures; maintain clean, organized workspace.
• Maintain and inventory tools; ensure proper tools are stored and not misplaced.
