Job summary

Sun Auto Tire & Service seeks a General Service Technician in Murfreesboro, TN. You will perform non-technical service tasks such as oil changes, tire and wheel services, and alignments under the guidance of ASE-certified technicians, with clear paths to advancing to ASE-certified status.

Compensation is $16-$19 per hour depending on experience, with benefits including tuition reimbursement, paid time off, insurance options, and a 401(k) matching plan.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass MVR and background check.
• Ability to work Monday–Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Safely transports customers to and from their place of residence or business using the company vehicle.
• Picks up parts, supplies, tires, etc. from vendors and/or the corporate office using the company vehicle.
• Operates company vehicle in a safe and courteous manner obeying all traffic laws.
• Performs basic services like oil changes and tire-related tasks under supervision.
• Maintains cleanliness of the shop and work area.
