The Lake Louise Ski Resort in Lake Louise, Alberta, is seeking a hands-on Operations management professional for a full-time, year-round role. The position focuses on diagnosing and repairing the on-road vehicle fleet, performing routine service, and ensuring high safety standards across the operation.

This hourly, full-time role offers opportunities to work outdoors, with collaborative responsibilities across departments and a range of employee perks typical of a premier ski resort.

Formación

• Valid Driver’s license (class 5 minimum).
• Must provide tools adequate for a Red Seal mechanic.
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Strong knowledge of light trucks is an asset.
• Must possess accurate verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to lift 50 lb.
• Safety oriented. Knowledge of workplace safety requirements and procedures.
• Three month probationary period applies.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine service and breakdown maintenance for the vehicle fleet.
• Proficient in troubleshooting problems on various makes of vehicles.
• Maintain a high standard of safety.
• Operate all fleet vehicles to evaluate maintenance results.
• Complete work orders and projects as assigned.
• Accurate record keeping of inspections, maintenance, and projects.
• Collaborate with departments across the organization.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing problems and completing maintenance and repairs for on-road vehicles.

Wage:

$41.04 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine service and breakdown maintenance for the LLSR vehicle fleet.
• Must be proficient in troubleshooting problems on various make of vehicles.
• Maintain a high standard of safety.
• Operate all fleet vehicles in order to evaluate the results of previously performed maintenance.
• Complete work orders and projects as assigned.
• Accurate record keeping of regular inspections, maintenance, and projects.
• Work closely with various departments across the organization.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s license (class 5 minimum).
• Must provide tools adequate for a Red Seal mechanic.
• Must have the ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Strong knowledge of light trucks an asset.
• Must possess accurate verbal and written communication skills.
