Job summary

Kunes Auto Group in Beloit, WI is seeking an experienced automotive technician to join our service team. You will inspect vehicles, diagnose issues, and perform repairs ranging from brakes to suspensions, ensuring high-quality workmanship.

We offer a flat rate hourly pay of $40-$58 with a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates, plus training, GM certifications, full benefits, daily pay, and vehicle purchase discounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of wrenching experience required.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough inspections of new and used vehicles and identify any mechanical or electrical issues
• Conduct diagnostic tests to determine the root cause of any issues
• Repair or replace parts as necessary, such as brakes, tires, belts, hoses, and suspension systems
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations
• Ensure all repairs and maintenance work are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner
• Communicate with the service manager and provide recommendations for any repairs or maintenance work that may be needed
