Job summary

The Juris Agency is seeking energetic service technicians to perform maintenance and repair tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, and suspension alignments, with attention to safety and quality.

You will work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly, complete thorough courtesy vehicle inspections, and ensure all preventive maintenance reports are accurate while complying with federal, state, and local regulations.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of experience
• Current driver’s licenses
• Dexterity to efficiently use hand-tools
• Able to drive manual transmission vehicles
• Walk/stand for long periods
• Brisk pace in high-volume environment

Responsibilities

• General Service Technicians / Mechanics perform maintenance and repair tasks (oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, suspension alignments)
• Perform state-mandated vehicle emission and safety inspections
• Work with a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively
• Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections
• Ensure all preventive maintenance reports are complete and accurate
• Comply with regulations (hazardous waste disposal, OSHA right-to-know)
• Assist in housekeeping as directed by Management
• Communicate repair scope and damage clearly with guests
• Uphold high standards of safety, cleanliness and organization
