Job summary

The Juris Agency is seeking energetic automotive technicians to diagnose and repair vehicles for our guests. Join a team focused on safety, reliability, and high-quality service while maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

We value a positive attitude, 5+ years of experience, and strong communication. ASE certifications are preferred or plans to achieve them; expect a Mon-Fri schedule and collaborative problem solving on a variety of domestic and foreign vehicles.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and a desire to serve guests.
• 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve.
• Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles.
• Meet or exceed hourly goals.
• Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes.
• Professional appearance and strong communication.
• A desire for long-term career development.

Responsibilities

• Technicians diagnose and fix vehicles for guests.
• Continuously build experience across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively.
• Follow and promote high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Work closely with the service department and communicate concerns.
• Collaborate with other technicians to solve problems and meet deadlines.
