Job summary

Ed Morse Automotive Group seeks an experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our team. You will diagnose and repair vehicle systems, perform maintenance per dealership standards, and provide accurate labor estimates.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid driver’s license.
• Minimum 3 years of automotive experience.
• ASE Certified automotive technician.
• Team oriented and customer-service focused.
• Familiar with shop equipment and diagnostic tools.
• Must pass background check, DMV screen and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicle systems per dealership standards.
• Perform maintenance and repair orders efficiently.
• Provide labor and time estimates for additional repairs.
• Explain diagnoses and repairs to service advisors and customers in plain language.
• Stay current with automotive technologies through training.
• Inspect and test vehicles to record findings for repairs.
