Ed Morse Automotive Group is hiring an Automotive Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and service vehicles with a focus on quality and customer care. The role emphasizes accurate labor estimates and clear communication with customers and service advisors.

You will work with up-to-date automotive technology and participate in ongoing training, with opportunities across our expanding network of brands and locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive service or technician role.
• Hold a valid driver’s license.
• ASE Certification is required or preferred.
• Team oriented, flexible and focused on customer service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicle systems per dealership standards.
• Provide labor and time estimates for repairs.
• Explain diagnoses and repairs to service advisors and customers in plain language.
• Stay updated on automotive technology through formal training.
• Inspect and test vehicles to determine necessary repairs.
