Tire Discounters in the United States is hiring a Lube Technician to perform oil changes, fluid exchanges, tire service, and routine maintenance. You’ll work with ASE certified technicians to ensure safe recommendations and quality inspections.

This entry-level role emphasizes customer service, a strong work ethic, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds in a fast-paced shop environment. High school diploma and a valid driver’s license required; 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to operate basic automotive tools and equipment; mechanical aptitude is a plus.
• Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and other system fluid exchanges, plus battery, filter, and wiper replacements.
• Inspect vehicle systems and partner with ASE certified technicians for repair recommendations.
• Provide quality vehicle inspections and professional recommendations beyond the basics.
• Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires with TPMS diagnostics as needed.
• Use shop equipment and maintain a clean, efficient, customer-ready workspace, with accurate service records.
