Napleton Automotive Group in Hazelwood, MO, is seeking an Automotive Service Technician to perform vehicle repair and maintenance in line with dealer and factory standards. This role emphasizes building customer trust and confidence by accurately diagnosing vehicles and communicating needed repairs.

You will diagnose issues, stay current with factory bulletins, and coordinate with Parts and Service Advisors to ensure efficient production and clear customer communication.

Qualifications

• Automotive Service Technician experience required.
• Excellent customer service.
• Strong communication skills.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
• 18+ years of age.

Responsabilités

• Perform vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards to drive Customer loyalty.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and Customer communication.
• Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and perform repair.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals (employees/customers).
• Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins and participate in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate.
• Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintain an organized work area.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
