Qualifications

• 3+ years of Service Technician experience
• Dealership experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ford Certification is a huge plus
• Dexterity and hand-eye coordination required
• Ability to learn new technology and repair procedures
• Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on repair orders with efficiency
• Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools and equipment
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems (engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, A/C)
• Communicate with Service Advisor about additional repairs and time estimates
• Execute repairs under manufacturer specifications and warranties
