Tire Discounters is hiring a Service Technician in Kentucky to perform tire installation, maintenance, alignments, brakes, diagnostics, and routine servicing. You’ll play a key role in daily shop operations and customer satisfaction.
We offer a strong pay plan with weekly hourly base, labor commissions, and overtime, plus comprehensive benefits. Training is hands-on and ongoing to grow your automotive career inside a family-owned company.
Qualifications
- 2+ years automotive repair experience; ASE certifications preferred but not required.
- Must own tools; tool purchase program available.
- Ability to operate automotive lifts and shop tools; diagnostic scanner experience a plus.
- Strong customer service, organizational and communication skills.
- Stand for long periods; lift up to 75 lbs.
- Valid driver's license; Saturday availability.
- Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
Responsabilités
- Provide accurate, timely quality vehicle inspection, maintenance and repairs.
- Test drive vehicles before and after repairs to ensure safety.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and assist as needed.
