Victory Automotive Group seeks an Automotive Service Technician to service and repair vehicles following established standards. The role may include pre-delivery checks on new vehicles to ensure top performance and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, dealer or large facility experience, ASE certifications, and a valid driver's license with a clean record. Excellent communication and a professional appearance are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to obtain ASE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness of vehicles while performing service or repairs.
• Performs routine service inspections or tests and completes standard maintenance jobs.
• Ensures required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards.
• Helps maintain shop appearance and safety standards and ensures the shop runs in an efficient manner by performing duties such as inventory stocking and other general functions.
• Follows all shop policy, procedure, safety, and environmental rules.
• Attends all staff meetings, training, and educational classes as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
