Job summary

Victory Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Technician to service and repair vehicles to the highest standards. You may perform pre-delivery checks on new vehicles to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, some automotive training, and dealer or large facility experience. A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, excellent communication, and a professional appearance are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Unrestricted driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Willingness to lift and move heavy objects when needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness of vehicles while performing service or repairs.
• Performs routine service inspections or tests and completes standard maintenance jobs.
• Ensures that required documentation is complete and compliant with regulations and standards.
• Helps maintain shop appearance and safety, and supports inventory stocking and general tasks.
• Follows shop policies, procedures, safety and environmental rules.
• Attends staff meetings, training and courses as required.
