Job summary

Kalispell Toyota is expanding and seeking Automotive Technicians of all experience levels to join our team in a brand-new facility in Kalispell, Montana. We emphasize guest and employee experience and offer ongoing training, competitive pay, and advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities include diagnosing, repairing, and collaborating with service and parts teams to ensure quality work and excellent customer service. A strong team attitude and ASE certification are valued.

Qualifications

• ASE Certification required or maintained.
• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Teamwork and can-do attitude.
• Own repair tools required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and inspect guest concerns per repair order notes.
• Communicate with guests and team leads to determine nature of mechanical problems through inspections, test drives, or statements.
• Perform repairs as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with service and parts teams to understand needs and provide expert service for dealership vehicles.
• Take initiative to work with service/shop teammates and manufacturers to troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all services performed.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest mechanical techniques through ongoing training and development.
• Provide excellent customer service to dealership teammates and guests.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are stored and maintained.
