Neal Tire & Auto Service in Bloomington, IN is seeking a General Service Technician to support basic automotive services and deliver outstanding customer experiences at our 25 locations across the Midwest.

You will conduct diagnostics, tire mounting and balancing, oil changes, and routine maintenance while providing clear explanations to customers. Maintain a safe, organized workspace and uphold our commitment to quality and service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Successful completion of background check and pre-employment drug screening.
• Basic understanding of car maintenance.
• Ability to communicate inspection results and needed repairs to customers.
• Ability to operate specialized tools and equipment for car maintenance and repair.
• Careful attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostics and inspections on customer vehicles.
• Complete basic automotive services like tire mounting/balancing, tire repairs, oil changes, and filter replacements.
• Perform tire maintenance and tire changes on customer vehicles.
• Provide superior customer service with clear communication about vehicle findings.
