Job summary

Fox Mazda in Grand Rapids is seeking an Automotive Service Technician to help keep customer and internal vehicles safe, reliable, and performing as designed. This role supports customer satisfaction by delivering accurate diagnostics and quality repairs that meet dealership and factory standards.

You will review repair orders, diagnose malfunctions, source parts with the Parts Department, and coordinate with the Service Manager and Advisor to communicate status and timing throughout the day.

Qualifications

• 1+ year related experience and/or training.
• Valid driver's license.
• ASE certifications and other certificates/licenses preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Complete work listed on repair orders efficiently and correctly.
• Diagnose the source of vehicle malfunctions and perform needed repairs.
• Coordinate with the Parts Department to source required parts.
• Communicate status and timing with the Service Manager and Service Advisor.
