Job summary

Bryan College Station Toyota is seeking self-motivated individuals to join as Service Technicians. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles to deliver safe, reliable service in a customer-centered environment.

The role emphasizes completing inspections and repairs per manufacturer standards, maintaining tools and workspace, and participating in ongoing training to stay current with automotive technology.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous automotive maintenance, technical training, or related experience preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance services per manufacturer guidelines and dealership standards.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns using appropriate tools and diagnostic systems.
• Complete repair orders accurately and document findings, recommendations and completed work.
• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake services, fluid checks, and other assigned repairs.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure repairs are completed safely and properly.
• Maintain productivity and efficiency standards and coordinate with Service Advisors on repair updates.
