You’ll diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns, perform routine maintenance, road-test vehicles, and document work for clear customer communication.

Qualifications

• Prior automotive technician experience preferred.
• Relevant certifications and technical training.
• Working knowledge of diagnostic tools, repair equipment, and service information.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns and complete needed repairs.
• Perform routine maintenance (oil services, tire rotations, brake checks, fluid inspections).
• Road-test vehicles and verify repairs meet manufacturer standards.
• Document work completed, parts used, and recommended services.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors and fellow technicians to support an efficient shop flow.
• Occasionally speak with customers to clearly explain findings and next steps.
