Job summary
Mountain Home Auto Ranch in Mountain Home, ID, seeks an experienced automotive service technician to perform repairs and routine maintenance on a variety of vehicles. You will diagnose and repair engine and electrical systems, communicate estimates, and work with the service team to ensure quality service.
Applicants should have 2+ years of hands-on experience, strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, and a valid driver's license.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Automotive Service Technician experience required.
- B level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair
- Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
Responsibilities
- Perform repairs and service work efficiently per dealership standards.
- Test-drive vehicles and inspect components using diagnostic tools.
- Diagnose and repair engine, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and HVAC systems.
- Communicate with the Service Advisor about needed additional work and time estimates.
- Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
