DCH Academy Honda in New Jersey is hiring Class B and C technicians. This full-time role requires Saturdays and offers a pay range of $20–$30 per flat rate hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Class B and/or C technicians with 2–5 years of dealership or private shop experience.
• Up-to-date ASE and manufacturer certifications.
• Experience using scan tools and service information systems.
• Ability to independently perform brake, suspension and steering repairs.
• Proficient in engine maintenance and basic electrical diagnostics.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state.

Responsibilities

• Perform work outlined on repair orders with accuracy and safety.
• Diagnose malfunctions and complete work per standards.
• Road-test vehicles to verify repair quality.
• Document work and time per company procedures.
• Maintain inventory of common mechanics tools.
