Job summary

Bobby Rahal Lexus in Mechanicsburg, PA is looking for an Automotive Service Technician Apprentice. The role offers Monday–Friday 7:30am–5pm and a pay rate of $16.00 per hour.

You will learn on-the-job under experienced technicians, with strong emphasis on safety and practical skill development. We provide paid time off after 90 days, health insurance after 30 days, and training opportunities across the Team Rahal network, plus education reimbursements and a supportive work environment designed

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Valid state emissions and inspections licenses OR willingness to acquire during training.
• Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time.
• Physical ability to walk, bend, squat, reach, turn, twist, and perform repetitive motions.

Responsibilities

• Learn from factory certified Automotive Service Technicians and gain hands-on training to advance within the organization.
• Support maintenance and service tasks as assigned by mentors, ensuring safety and quality standards.
