You will diagnose, repair, and inspect vehicles, ensuring quality and efficiency while upholding the Cavender Way of integrity and care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of main shop technician experience required.
• Highline dealership experience preferred.
• Strong automotive mechanical and diagnostic background.
• Manufacturer repair processes and procedures knowledge.
• Proven efficiency, proficiency, FRFT, and flagged hours.
• VW/Audi and ASE Certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance per dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose vehicle concerns using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Repair engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, brakes, electrical, A/C, and more.
• Conduct MPI and create video inspections for guests.
• Prepare repair estimates and document recommendations.
• Complete warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain repair documentation and keep areas clean and safe.
• Support team goals and assist with additional duties as assigned.
