Compensation

• Weekend premium pay of $2.50/hr for Saturday & Sunday
• Base pay up to $21.25/hr with annual merit raises, depending on experience

Job Duties

As a Service Center Automotive Technician, you’ll perform various services in our Automotive Service Center, including but not limited to:

• Customer service excellence
• Repair and install tires
• Wheel balancing
• Install batteries, headlamps, and other automotive parts
• Oil changes
• Brake system repairs
• Starting and charging system repairs
• Steering and suspension work
• Shock/strut installation
• Alignments
• Trailer hitch and wiring installation
• Other duties with on-the-job training

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Good communication skills
• Availability to work evenings and every other weekend
• Ability to pass drug screening and background checks
• English speaking and reading proficiency
• Effective communication with customers and coworkers
• Must be 18 or older
• Prior auto repair experience preferred
• Prior retail experience preferred
• *Michigan Stores Only*: ASE A4 and A6 Certifications required for Tech Level II; ASE A3, A4, A5, and A6 or equivalent certifications for Tech Level III
