Qualifications

• High CSI is a must.
• ASE or manufacturing training.
• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Must pass pre-employment testing (background checks, MVR, drug test).

Responsibilities

• Receive repair orders and manage workflow.
• Perform repairs and maintenance per dealer and factory standards.
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and complete repairs.
• Coordinate with parts to obtain needed items and inspect parts viability.
• Supervise apprentices and attend on-site training.
• Keep the shop area organized and compliant with safety policies.
