Job summary

FRANK LETA AUTOMOTIVE seeks skilled automotive technicians to join our fast-paced shop in Springfield, MO. Our techs average 50-60 flat-rate hours per week and enjoy a four-day workweek with generous vacation and family-friendly benefits.

You will work with state-of-the-art equipment, receive extensive training, and have access to 401K with match, paid holidays, and health, life, and disability coverage. Honda/Acura experience preferred; must provide your own tools and hold a valid driver's

Qualifications

• Must have Honda/Acura experience or equivalent.
• Provide your own tools and valid driver's license.
• Prefer MVI license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform automotive repair and maintenance per dealership standards.
• Diagnose issues using diagnostic tools and service equipment.
• Communicate with Service Advisor on additional needed work.
• Complete warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain shop tools and equipment after repairs.

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
• Perform work specified on repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.
• Tests components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Diagnoses, maintains and repairs vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning
• Communicates directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed.
• Executes repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain shop special tools and equipment and return when jobs are completed

Requirements:

• Must have Honda/Acura Experience
• Provide your own tools
• Preferred MVI License
• Valid driver's license in good standing
• Maintain Bay in an orderly manner
• Ensures that customer vehicles are kept clean and undamaged
