Qualifications

• Previous automotive repair and maintenance experience required.
• Ford certification preferred; other manufacturer certifications considered.
• Dealership experience strongly preferred.
• Must have your own set of tools.
• Proficient with electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs as specified on repair orders efficiently and according to dealership standards.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine management, fuel systems, transmission, electrical systems, steering & suspension, alignment, brakes, air conditioning.
• Perform multi-point inspections and test-drive vehicles using advanced diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding additional repair needs and provide accurate on-time estimates for repairs.
• Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications and follow all shop safety policies and procedures.
• Stay current with provided training and evolving vehicle technology.
